Keller Williams has always been known for its commitment to providing outstanding opportunities for their Realtors® to grow and expand their real estate knowledge.  Keller Williams is also committed to a “Give Where You Live” philosophy.  Annually, on the second Thursday in May,  tens of thousands of Keller Williams agents celebrate “Red Day” ( an acronym for Renew, Energize, Donate).  Red Day initiatives include anything that will help improve the community; blood drives, park clean-ups, rebuilding homes, etc.

As Mark Ozman, associate with the Indianapolis/Carmel Market Center, wrote:  “RED Day isn’t about cleaning up a park. It is a one-day expression of what happens 24/7 in the Keller Williams culture. It is seeing a need, discovering who can meet that need and then getting it done.”

Keller Williams Arizona Living Realty dedicates itself to giving back to the Lake Havasu City community, too.  Every year the Agent Leadership Committee meets to propose and designate charitable organizations to hold fundraisers for.  One of the events, “The Cool Treat – Root Beer Float” is being held on August 22, 2012 between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm at the Keller Williams Arizona Living Realty office at 1990 N.
